TESTED & APPROVED BY CANADIAN POLICE & MILITARY

You have operational pants, and then you have the Shadow Pathfinder Pants.  The all new, Shadow Elite 3494 Pathfinder Pants has taken features from its predecessor and made upgrades to be more durable and comfortable in any sort of operational environment

The tactical experts from the Canadian police & military who made the suggestions on the upgrade on these pants have also been testing it on the job for the past few months with phenomenal feedback.

First, we start off with with the lightweight material which in fact is Rip-Stop.  The blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester allows it to be lightweight, comfortable, have temperature control and not rip while the operator wearing them is running through sharp branches or sitting on sharp rocks.

The improved waist adjustment system with heavy duty elastic components allows for better comfort and absorption of body movements.  Notable that the stretch material doesn’t stop at just the waist. Above the knees, as well as the crotch area are made of the same 4 way stretch material.  These pants are perfect for running, kneeling, climbing and laying down for long periods of time, as well as sitting for long periods thanks to the reinforced seating area.

These pants are loaded with pockets.  The front pockets are very large with easy access, layered with double the material to hold knives and flashlights.  The cargo pockets provide lots of space for equipment and include an extra zip-pocket for smaller items.

Furthermore on the back there are two low-profile pockets with hidden zippers for magazines.  Front pockets neatly carry the para-cord which is installed to adjust the height of the knee-pads.

The knee-pads are removable and the pants have a protective covering on the knees when the pads are removed.  It is worth mentioning that the Shadow made knee-pads built to meet the user’s operational needs, providing comfort and protection while in the field.

One of the smartest features on these pants is the double fastening design on the back of the knees.  Other operational pants on the market only have one fastener on the back which still allows the kneepads to move from side to side.  The Pathfinder Pants have two fasteners holding the kneepads completely in place in front of your knees where they are intended to be.

The belt-line is breathable and has wider belt loops, allowing for larger and thicker belts to be worn.

Most notably is the upgrade from velcro to the Canadian button.  Velcro simply is not a good option for pants intended for Special Operations as it is loud.  This is why the new Pathfinder Pants have the Canadian button, which also is easier to open and close while wearing thick gloves.

Just as any of the Shadow Elite products, the Pathfinder Pants have YKK zippers, as well as double stitching throughout the entire body.

The Shadow Elite 3494 Pathfinder Pant is intended primarily for military and law enforcement professionals and will be available worldwide through all of Shadow distributors.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASECANADA’S LEADING MANUFACTURER OF TACTICAL & SPORTS GEAR ANNOUNCES EXPANSION TO THE UNITED STATES

Available both to consumer and professional markets

TORONTO, ONTARIO, OCTOBER 7 2018 – Only three months after announcing its expansion to the European market with successful results, Canada’s leading manufacturer of tactical and sports products The Requirements Group (TRG) is starting its operations in the United States of America effective immediately.

With its two flagship brands; Shadow Elite and Shadow Strategic, TRG will be able to serve both the agency and civilian markets.  Having its own factory allows TRG to source and manufacture products the way they are meant to be.  Having the ability to regulate strict quality control is what the company prides itself on.  Reducing production costs by not outsourcing to third party factories passes on the savings of premium products to the clients.  As well as allowing the company to handle large scale agency and government contracts.

“The main reason why our brands are so popular with both the professional and consumer end users is because every piece is engineered and tested by veteran and active tactical police and military operators.  Says Glen Turpin, retired police officer, tactical expert and co-founder of The Requirements Group (TRG).  “Above all, since we are a LE and Military veteran owned and operated company, we give a lot back to other veterans.”

Recently TRG designed a specific style of pants for amputees. TRG has been working with veteran support groups to provide these products to those that can benefit from them.  As well the company is in works of developing an entire philanthropy division to support more injured veterans and active teams in the field.

“The TRG guys have stood on the front lines for years, fighting for our freedom and liberty, protecting our communities, the same way those using our products today are.  We know the requirements and rigorous demands our men and women in uniform face, so we want to make sure that the last thing they have to worry about is the quality, comfort and safety of the operational gear they are wearing.” Says Jake Myers, veteran US Army Combat Veteran and operations manager of TRG in the United States. “We don’t tell them what they should wear, we listen to them and design the gear to meet their requirements.  We are one of them. We don’t operate the way other corporations do. Our approach is to treat our customers the way we wanted to be treated while we were active. We are here to provide solutions for them, not just get the sale.  When they call our office they know they will be speaking with one of us. That is the most essential way to get to know your clients and build a relationship with them. Whether our end user is a soldier, a cop, an outdoor enthusiast, active in airsoft community or an athlete, they are an individual and our job is to listen to them, not treat them like a number.  They wear our gear, they are part of our family.”

Recently the tactical and sports apparel market has been flooded with low grade, unreliable products as a result of many manufacturers turning to factories with no experience in tactical products.  This move has neglected the end user’s comfort and safety. The Requirements Group (TRG) has been a company trying to turn around the market and deliver to the tactical professionals and outdoors consumers premium products which have been designed and tested by active and veteran tactical police, military and SAR (search & rescue) operators.  All the requirements of the products are based on real life experience of tactical and special forces operators.

About the Requirements Group:

The Requirements Group (TRG) is a law enforcement veteran owned and operated company.  Based in Canada, with offices and warehouses in Europe and now the United States. Its two leading brands are Shadow Elite and Shadow Strategic.

Shadow Elite products are engineered and built with the safety, comfort and demands of front line personnel in mind.

Shadow Strategic products are intended as an entry line.  Quality products with lighter weight materials and less complex technical components.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CANADA’S PREMIUM TACTICAL MANUFACTURER ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN EXPANSION

European headquarters will be in the Netherlands

TORONTO, ONTARIO, JULY 8 2018 – With tremendous success in North America, the leading developer and manufacturer of premium tactical and outdoors products, The Requirements Group (TRG) is expanding to the European market to provide premium Canadian grade tactical and airsoft garments and accessories.  Launching its European headquarters officially in the Netherlands as of July 9, 2018.

Recently the tactical and outdoors equipment market has been flooded with low grade, unreliable products as a result of many manufacturers turning to factories in China with no experience in tactical products.  This move has neglected the end user’s comfort and safety. The Requirements Group (TRG) sees this as an opportunity to turn around the market and deliver to the tactical professionals and outdoors consumers premium products which have been designed and tested by active and veteran tactical police, military and SAR (search & rescue) operators.  All the requirements of the products are based on real life experience of tactical and special forces operators.

With its two flagship brands; Shadow Elite and Shadow Strategic, TRG will be able to serve both the agency and civilian markets.  Having its own factory allows TRG to source and manufacture products the way they are meant to be.  Having the ability to regulate strict quality control is what the company prides itself of.  Reducing production costs by not outsourcing to third party factories passes on the savings of premium products to the customer.

“We are not your typical garment manufacturer.  Tactical police and military work is in our blood stream.  Unlike other manufacturers who start off in regular outerwear and then see an opportunity in the tactical and airsoft world, we stick to what has been second nature to us for the past 80 plus years in combined experience.”  Says Glen Turpin, retired police officer, tactical expert and co-founder of The Requirements Group.  “We are fortunate enough to have on our team, veteran and active front line police and military operators who design and test the kit our end users wear and trust.  As well as expert search & rescue (SAR) technicians testing the load bearing and rigging components of our kit. It would not be fair to the end user to have the products manufactured in a factory that one day produces load bearing tactical vests, and the next day dolls or nail clippers.  This is why we invested so much into building our own factory where our dedicated expert workers and engineers focus on tactical kit every single day.”

Another benefit TRG has with its own factory, is the ability to service large agencies and tactical teams by customizing uniforms and equipment with specific technical and camouflage pattern requirements.
